Shot by Dylan is an independent motorsport photography site run by Dylan Sharpe, covering racing at Warton Stock Car Club. By using shotbydylan.co.uk, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using our photos

• You're welcome to download and use photos from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example, sharing on your own social media or printing a copy for yourself.
• For commercial use (advertising, merchandise, paid publications, or similar), please contact us first at hello@shotbydylan.co.uk.
• Please don't resell photos, claim you took them, or remove any credit shown in the image.
• All photos remain the copyright of Dylan Sharpe. Being free to download doesn't transfer copyright to you.
• These terms apply however you find a photo, including through Google Images or another search engine.

Driver accounts

• Creating a driver account on My Photos is free and optional. It exists to collect photos of your car in one place, based on what's been assigned to your account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Let us know at hello@shotbydylan.co.uk if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Photos are assigned to accounts manually, so we don't guarantee every photo of your car will be found or assigned, or that it'll happen within any particular time.
• We may suspend or remove an account that's misused, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
• The same terms above for using our photos apply to anything you find through your account.
• Driver profiles are public and appear in the Drivers section. If you add a profile picture, bio or social links, you're responsible for them. They must be yours to share, and must not be unlawful, offensive, misleading, or include other people's personal details or pictures without their permission.
• We may edit or remove anything on a profile, or the profile itself, at our discretion, for example if it breaks these terms.

No warranty

This site and its photos are provided as they are. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, that every meeting will be published, or that photos will remain online indefinitely. We're not responsible for how you use anything you download.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including downtime, inaccuracies, or issues with the third-party services (like our hosting provider) that this site depends on.

Photos of you, your car, or someone in your care

Photos here are taken at public motorsport events. If you're in a photo, it's your car, or it shows someone in your care, you can ask for it to be removed and you don't need to give a reason. Open the photo full size and press “Ask to remove this photo”, or see photo removal on the contact page. We take it down as soon as we see the request: the photo is deleted from the site, including any driver profile it was on, and we ask Google to remove it from its search results. Search engines can take a little while to catch up, and we can't remove copies other people have already downloaded or shared. Requests about under-18s are accepted from a parent or guardian.

Payments and refunds

This site doesn't sell any products or services. Every photo is free to download, so there's nothing to refund. If that ever changes (for example, if prints or merchandise are added in future), this page will be updated with clear pricing and refund terms at that time.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to disrupt the site, scrape or bulk-download it in an automated way, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful to others. The “Download all” buttons are there to be used, and search engines are welcome to index the public pages as set out in our robots.txt file.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
